1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between the t baazi platform and its users. All provisions stated in this document apply equally to the casino, slots, sports betting and live gaming services provided through t baazi.

By using the t baazi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. This agreement takes effect from the date of your registration and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

t baazi reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any change is made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Reading our detailed information about t baazi will give you a better understanding of the platform's goals and how it operates.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on t baazi, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided — name, mobile number, email and date of birth.
• Each person may open only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of those accounts may be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be entirely truthful. If false information is given, the account will be cancelled immediately.
• The user must be eligible to use the service under the laws of Bangladesh.

t baazi may request a copy of a national ID card or passport at any time for account verification. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Age Restriction

All services on t baazi are for persons aged 21 or above only. It is strictly prohibited for any underage person to open or use an account. If an account belonging to an underage person is found, all transactions on that account will be cancelled and the balance will be forfeited.

If family members suspect that an underage person is using t baazi, please notify our support team immediately. Following the responsible gaming policy is a shared responsibility of both t baazi and its users.

4. Account Security

Ensuring the security of an account is the user's own responsibility. The following rules on this matter must be followed:

4.1 Password Protection

Users must use a strong password and must not share it with anyone. If a password is forgotten, it must be recovered by following the designated process.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact t baazi support immediately. t baazi will not be held responsible for any loss caused by a third party if the user's own negligence created the opportunity for that to happen.

4.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling or lending an account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, both accounts will be closed.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal

All financial transactions on t baazi are handled in a secure and convenient manner.

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks) can be used for deposits on t baazi. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

Deposited funds are generally added to the account quickly. If there is a delay for any reason, contact the support team and keep proof of the transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

5.3 Account Verification

t baazi may complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Users must withdraw to the same mobile number or bank account provided at registration.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

t baazi offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the balance ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed.

The following conditions apply when using bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and expiry period; please read them carefully before claiming a bonus.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, a false identity or fraudulent means, the account will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.
• A bonus is not cash; it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• t baazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

7. VIP Program

t baazi has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. VIP members also enjoy a higher standard of customer service and exclusive benefits.

VIP level changes are based on playing history and activity. t baazi reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program and members will be notified in advance.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the t baazi platform are governed by the following general rules:

8.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless t baazi specifically permits it due to an error. In the case of an incomplete bet caused by a technical fault, t baazi will review the matter and make a decision.

8.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is accepted will be considered final. The official announcement of the relevant sports body will be followed in determining results.

8.3 Casino Games

Casino games are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

8.4 Technical Disruptions

If a game or bet is interrupted due to internet disconnection or a server issue, t baazi will determine the result based on recorded data. t baazi is not responsible for losses on the user's side caused by power or network problems.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t baazi platform:

1. Opening or operating multiple accounts.
2. Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or play games.
3. Exploiting technical faults or loopholes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Using an account for money laundering or illegal activities.
5. Colluding with other users to influence betting results.
6. Opening or verifying an account using a false identity or documents.
7. Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
8. Harassing or defrauding other users.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in the account being closed immediately, all balances being forfeited and legal action being taken.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by t baazi

t baazi reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• A directive from a law enforcement agency or a court order.

10.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their own account. Complete all pending withdrawals before closing the account. Contact support for self-exclusion or to set limits.

11. Limitation of Liability

t baazi does not accept liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device problems.
• Losses resulting from third-party hacking or unauthorised access where the user's own negligence was a contributing factor.
• Financial losses incurred by the user from gaming or betting based on their own decisions.
• Issues arising from unexpected technical failures or disruptions to third-party services.

t baazi always strives to ensure the technical reliability and security of the platform, but it is not possible to guarantee that any service will run without interruption.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

t baazi gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. Information provided at registration is used only for account management, transaction processing and improving the quality of service.
